When Buckeye Lot shuttles are operating, the ADA shuttle will run 2 hours prior to the event until 30 minutes after the event concludes. A dedicated wheelchair accessible shuttle will bring you directly to and from the arena doors. We understand proximity is a key to a positive experience with parking, so plan to arrive early.If Scarlet Lot spaces fill, additional ADA spaces in the Buckeye Lots off Ackerman Road may be available. Post-event go to the rideshare mobile app and select: Schottenstein Center. Guests that need special accomodations should speak with a uniformed traffic control team member. Guests can be dropped-off before an event via personal vehicle, Uber, Lyft or other Rideshare services along Borror Drive which runs along the North Side of the building. Concert/ special event GENERAL PARKING MAPĭrop-Off/ Pick-Up locations (may vary per event). PRE-PAID PARKING is available for most concerts and special events. Shuttles and Paratransit vans will run for SOME events. You may be directed to surrounding lots including south of Lane Ave. Parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to doors for an event. All lots are cashless - credit/ debit cards and smartphone payments ONLY accepted. Ticketholders will receive a KNOW BEFORE YOU GO alert. There is a parking charge for most events. Parking immediately around the arena is available and there are over 10,000 surface and garage spaces within a short walk. Lane restrictions are in place for City of Columbus infrastructure work and Olentangy River Road has been reduced to one lane in each direction near Lane Avenue. Additional alternates from Route 315 include Medical Center Drive, North Broadway or Kinnear Roads. Use the Ackerman Road EXIT to get to the Buckeye Lots OR continue east on Ackerman to Olentangy River Road. Planning for alternate routes and parking options can make for a better experience.
